12 Week Half IM training details

For the next 12 weeks I will workout out 10 times per week:
4 CF WODs
3 CFE "Interval" WODs
3 traditional long workouts (one per discipline)

I will try and get one rest day per week.
The Interval WODs will follow this pattern:
week 1 - long interval swim and bike, short interval run (per the CFE programming)
week 2 - long interval swim and run, short interval bike
week 3 - long interval bike and run, short interval swim
and repeat...

I will eat a mainly vegan diet as I have done since June of 2011 (the only exceptions may be the whey powder in carob almonds/raisins).
