My Credo

It will never be the perfect time to do epic things that are bigger than you are...or things that are worth doing. If you want to do worthwhile, inspiring things, make the necessary sacrifices, get it done and stop making excuses.

  1. Just found your site a moment ago—so awesome that you too have a Scott Jurek quote! Mine, in my virtue-development plan, are:

“Humans aren’t built to sit all day. Nor are we built for the kinds of repetitive, small movements that so much of today’s specialized work demands. Our bodies crave big, varied movements that originate at the core of our body.”—Scott Jurek—“Sometimes you just do things!”

Tonight I was trying to decide whether to keep (I just started) using the self-label "micronutritarian" or use Joel Furhman's "nutritarian."

Well, since there is another proclaimed "Micro-Nutritarian" (even if hyphenated) in the world, I'm decided I'm going to stick with this label.

My healthfulness plan includes many quotes, including from Fuhrman, Greger, De Vany, Brad Pilon, Clarence Bass, Drew Baye, and others—so a different emphasis when it comes to exercise, but very much wanting to transform to micro-nutritarianism! I really appreciate that you made this site.
