Stayed up late. Could NOT wake up this morning.
Ran a 10K in 41:53 (HR avg 154) at 7:30 PM.
Breakfast was oatmeal and veggies.
Lunch was carob energy cubes, hemp walnut burger and salad.
Dinner was barley flakes.
Had an energy bar before run.
Celery and almonds for snack.
