Rode indoor trainer this morning.
Did 5 sets of 3:18 on, 90" off. WOD was for distance, 2K, but I did time instead.
HR averaged about 127. Not a particularly intense workout based on HR, but I was sweatin' it up pretty good.
Trick or treat tonight...
Menu:
Blueberries for lunch.
Dinner was large salad, cooked veggies, mung beans, wild rice
Snack was frozen banana, almonds, dry oatmeal
