Did a long interval CFW swim this morning:
3x300 with 1' RBI (rest btwn interval).
After warmup (where I focus on finding my balance in the water and loosen up for about ten minutes), I did them in 6:02, 5:49 and 5:47. Pretty happy with those times. Felt good in the water.
Planning on "Annie" here in about an hour.
