RPM and breakfast

RPM this morning. 60 minutes. 133 HR.

Oatmeal with hemp and flax.
Salad with peppers, squash, avocado, spinach and dressing (balsamic vinegar, nutritional yeast, dill and cayenne pepper). Also had some soaked almonds, an energy bar and a carrot.
