Thursday - CF Hub City (Lubbock)

Absolute killer on Thursday.
20' AMRAP:
30 lunges with 25# overhead
20 clean with 20# med ball
10 hand stand pushup

I did 5 rounds plus 30 lunges and 10 cleans. Writing this Saturday, I am still extremely sore...could hardly move around yesterday.

Oatmeal and celery for breakfast.
Lunch was quinoa and a salad.
Dinner was the same.
Snack was celery/almond butter and popped amaranth.
