Indoor trainer this morning.

CFE Long Intervals
5x 5' effort with 3' recovery.
HR averaged 140. Put bike on biggest gear and rode as hard as I could...trying to work off the weekend of food.
Last night I had pizza, muffins, carob cubes, carob almonds, bean burritos....almost puked.

CF rest day.

22% fat
