"Diane" and long interval Swim

not a good time. Did this one a few weeks ago in sub 6:00.

Swam at lunch
500y in 8:50, then...
4x 2' TT with 4' rest
Did 125y on all four sets.

Feel sleek and fast in the water! Great swim.

Menu:
mixed berry, protein "yogurt"
dinner: large salad, vegetable/bean soup (from Disease Proof Your Child, J. Fuhrman, MD), frozen fruit for snack
