Week 16, Day 1 - 16 week full IM training

RACE WEEK.
Wow.

Bed at midnight. Woke at 7:30 AM.

Recovery swim
3,000 yards
1 hour
WU - 500
MS - 2 x 1,000 on 1' rest
CD - 500
Did first 1,000 in 18:53, second one in 18:40...feel good.

Lot of snot tonight...

Menu:
dinner - salad, cooked veggies, lentils with pico
blue corn chips, frozen fruit
