Much like I do during a 15-day juice fast, for the next 4 days I'm
going to be very specific on the blog about what I eat. Basically showing how to
train and eat only VFBNS (veggies fruits beans nuts seeds) for long-term
lifestyle change
Friday
CFE short interval swim
10 x 30 on 2' rest
got to about 40 yards on all sets
Played hoops
Menu:
Vega smoothie (plant protein) after swim
Strawberries around lunchtime
Dinner - large salad, spaghetti squash, 1/2 c (dry) pinto beans (cooked them in my new tiny Crockpot all day)
Snack - cashews, frozen bananas
