Woke at 6:15 AM. CF warm up then 5x3 squats with:
185, 195, 205, 215, 225
Not a ton of weight but my legs and low back are pretty sore from yesterday's power snatch workout (did 105 total with 40# DB).
Focused on slow, deliberate motion.
Had pinto beans, sprouted quinoa and sauteed cabbage for breakfast.
